2.Establishment and operation of Kemin’s own E-commerce shop；
3.EC channels lead generation and tracking；
4.EC Data analysis daily/weekly/monthly reports and improvement plan (Site traffic, MQL, SQL, GMV, Conversion, Return rate, etc)；
5.Design EC CRM & loyalty program to increase RMF；
6.Private traffic and community operation。

|应聘要求||ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCES:
1.Previous corporate or agency experience in E-commerce is highly desired. At least 3-5 years hands-on online store opening and operation experience.
2.TP work experience is a plus.
3.At least 1-5 years work experience in B2B industry or work for B2B clients.
4.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and handle multiple projects efficiently in order to meet deadlines.
5.A reliable, flexible, self-starter with strong initiative and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor while working under pressure as there is a high level of accountability for one’s work.
6.High attention to detail, high accuracy, and some analytical abilities.
7.The ability to present ideas effectively and communicate well with customers, vendors, peers and all levels of management.
